Vehicle DoD Decals & Parking Pass Info

The PMO Customer Service Window is open to help our customers comply with current Army and USMA security standards, to include registration of vehicles and the issuance of vehicle passes appropriate to the areas in which USMA permanent party members and civilian employees will be working. The scheduled service hours are shown in the table below

Attention all Active Duty and Retired Army E-8’s, E-9’s, O-6’s and Above: Rank Decals for your vehicle(s) are now available at the vehicle registration window. You must come to the PMO Vehicle Registration Window during normal business hours with your Military ID card to receive a decal.

PMO Vehicle and Weapon Registration Window Hours:

Monday	9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M	2:00P.M. to 4:00 P.M.
Tuesday	9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M	2:00P.M. to 4:00 P.M.
Wednesday	9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M	2:00P.M. to 4:00 P.M.
Thursday	Closed All Day	Closed All Day
Friday	9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M	2:00P.M. to 4:00 P.M.

The window is CLOSED on Thursdays, Weekends and Federal Holidays.
